Purpose
Troy Ledger is a record-keeping and estimation tool for privately owned physical precious metals. It is not a broker, dealer, custodian, insurer, tax service or financial adviser.
Estimated values
Values are estimates derived from the physical information entered for a holding and the latest available cached spot price. They are not offers to buy or sell and may exclude dealer spreads, premiums, taxes, assay uncertainty, liquidity discounts and other costs.
Your records
You are responsible for checking the accuracy of weights, purity, quantity, purchase information and other records. Missing or incorrect information can produce unavailable or inaccurate estimates.
Local storage
The MVP stores portfolio records locally and does not provide cloud backup or sync. You are responsible for protecting the device and retaining any separate records needed for tax, insurance, provenance or recovery purposes.
Product analytics
The mobile app may send privacy-limited product analytics as described in the Privacy Policy. Product analytics can be disabled from Settings & privacy and is not required to use the local portfolio features.
Purchases and subscriptions
TroyLedger Pro may be offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and any trial terms are shown by the App Store or Google Play before confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the applicable store before the end of the current billing period. Billing, cancellation and refund handling are subject to the store's rules.
Availability
Features and supported services may change. Cached prices may become stale or unavailable, and continued access to a third-party price service is not guaranteed.
